She is survived by her daughter Jennifer, and daughter-in-law, Meagan; son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Melissa; beloved grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Kelsey, Christian, Dillon, Logan, and Greyson; precious great-granddaughter, Lynndey.
Joe was preceded in death by her mother Kathran Kelsey (Morton); father, Thomas Joe Kelsey; brothers, Bill Kelsey and Jason Lee Kelsey.
Joe found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She loved music, gardening, playing dominoes, and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her home and heart were always open to those she loved. She was a constant source of support, comfort, and encouragement - a true role model whose love never wavered.
Her family could not have asked for a better mother or stronger support system. Joe was nurturing, compassionate, and kind to everyone she met, and her memory will live on through the many lives she touched with her warmth and generosity.
A memorial service will be determined at a later date.

Lillie Joe Poyner, lovingly known as “Joe,” was born on May 17, 1957, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026, in Glenpool, Oklahoma.
Joe was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose love for her family was the center of her world. She was the kind of woman who made everyone feel welcome, cared for, and loved. Her kindness, strength, and selfless heart touched countless lives and created a foundation of love that her family will carry with them forever.
