Robert (Bob) has been an amazing blessing to my life that very few people outside my family could do. One thing that I loved the most about Bob is that he still had dreams even in the last few years, months, and days before he died. I remember being at his house when he had decreased mobility and he was watching videos about airplanes and told me that he has a dream and desire to fly an airplane. He also said that he would love to bring more access to electricity in the Phillippines. He had a heart for adoption in the Phillippines. Its very rare to find older people that have the dreams of a young person. That is priceless and cannot be replaced. Being around older people that still have dreams of a young person brings me so much joy and I will greatly miss that. It's a lot like being in the presence of God..Bob always told me that he loves me and that God has a great plan for my life. He. always saw the best in me. I saw the love of God shed abroad in his heart because I know that he has helped many people. Another thing that I will always remember about Bob is that he always took interest in what I liked and enjoyed in my life. My dad and Bob remember me holding their hands together when I was a small child at Rhema. Even though I dont remember that, I will treasure that for the rest of my life. On days when I feel sad, I will always miss going to Bob's house because going to his house and mowing his lawn with my dad always lifted my spirits - Claire Caldwell
May the peace of God guard your heart and mind in this season. Praying for your family. - Garnet Nowell
This is a message to Cielo and family. Cousin Kent was always so so kind and generous. I was inspired by his life of generous and selfless sacrifice in taking care of Brad for so many years. Though our lives did not intersect much, being so geographically distanced, I hold a love and admiration for his life. - Bryan Cullison
Bob (Kent) was my cousin and I always knew him to be adventurous but grounded in his love of God. He was a tireless, selfless, source of love and care for his beloved brother and Aunt Bernice. My sympathy and love to his nieces! - Brenda Jacobs
