Todd Douglas Shelton, 63, of Bixby, OK, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on July 22, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Todd, was born in Roswell, NM, on April 11, 1963, to Bennett and Rosalie Shelton. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He was a longtime employee of Samedan Oil Company in Ardmore, OK, and Noble Energy in Houston, TX.
Todd was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. He was a private man but he loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Todd loved animals and loved spending time with his dog. He was a motor sports hobbyist and enjoyed watching football, particularly the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners. Todd was preceded in death by his son Matthew Shelton. He is survived by his parents, Bennett and Rosalie Shelton; son, Todd B. Shelton; daughter, Sarah Borchgrevink; brother, Craig Shelton; seven grandchildren; three nephews, one niece and many cousins.
