Clyde Ray Mickle III

Clyde Ray Mickle III (Trey) passed away on August 23rd, 2025 in his home in Pryor, Oklahoma.

Trey was born in Pryor, Oklahoma on November 22nd 1976 to Clyde Ray Mickle Jr. (Pappy) and Donna Gail Stricklen. In junior high school Trey achieved best supporting actor for his role as Sonny in his school's production of Grease. Trey Graduated from Jenks High School, and went on to Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. Trey deeply valued education and knowledge and instilled this value in his children.

Trey has three children Clyde Ray Mickle IV (Bailey,) MaKayla Aubrey Donna Eileen (Mickle) Donaldson, her husband Cody Garret Donaldson, and Darwin Sidney Mickle. Trey spent most of his adult life caring for and supporting his children, he loved helping them partake in extracurricular activities that helped them grow as people.

Trey has three grandchildren by his daughter Makayla, Tyler Scott Wallis, Micah Graves James Foss, and Hezekiah Cody Donaldson.

Trey had many pets throughout his life, he loved animals and believed all life had intrinsic value. His most treasured pets were his cat Angel who he had for over 10 years, and his dog Leo Mickle who was his best friend for many years. Leo was a Chinese Chinese Crested with acne that makes high schoolers skin look clear, and less teeth than a turtle, but Trey still loved him.

Trey had many friends throughout his life and impacted many different people. Trey is described by his friends as always willing to help. Throughout his life Trey supported many friends by providing food, a place to stay, and a caring ear to bend. Trey never expected anything in return and helped for the sake of helping.

Trey had many different jobs in his life, he worked at Bell's Amusement Park, managed many different restaurants, repaired small engines, and most notably co-owned Diamond Head Winery with his Father Clyde Ray Mickle Jr. He loved to travel to different shows and festivals to set up a booth and sell wine. He specifically loved going to Scottish Rites Festivals and Renaissance Fairs as part of his wine selling adventures.

Everyone who knew Trey could tell you of his love of video games. He specifically loved Sci-fi games and interesting futuristic settings. Halo and Final Fantasy are game series Trey got endless joy from. He also wrote beautiful poetry and did amazing calligraphy, although he did not share these talents often.

Trey will always be remembered for his caring heart and reliability. Anytime struggle comes his values of love, logic, and doing the right thing will always be remembered. We couldn't have asked for a better father and son and we will miss him everyday. Trey's memory will live on in the hearts of everyone whose life he impacted.

Trey was preceded in death by his mother Donna Gail Stricklen, and is survived by father Clyde Ray Mickle Jr, his siblings William “Bill” Towers Alberty IV, Corby “Brandi” Brandon Rene Mickle, his children Clyde Ray Mickle IV, MaKayla Aubrey Donna Eileen Donaldson, Cody Garret Donaldson, Darwin Sidney Mickle, and his grandchildren Tyler Scott Wallis, Micah Graves James Foss, and Hezekiah Cody Donaldson.
