Chad Robertson, born on November 12, 1974, in Fredonia, Kansas, to Arthur Robertson and Deborah Coffey, peacefully departed this world on April 22, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, adventure, and dedication.

Chad's life was a testament to his boundless curiosity and passion for exploration. His love of aviation began early in life, shaping his career and his very essence. At the remarkable age of 16, Chad achieved a milestone that would set the course for his life's journey - he earned his pilot's license, a testament to his natural talent and unwavering determination.

Whether he was meticulously working on airplanes or soaring through the skies, Chad found solace and joy in the world above. His professional endeavors were more than just a job; they were a reflection of his steady commitment and expertise.

A true adventurer at heart, Chad reveled in the thrill of discovering new places and cultures. His travels around the world, often accompanied by his cherished coworkers turned friends, enriched his life and broadened his horizons. Chad embraced every experience with open arms and an infectious enthusiasm.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Chad found joy in simple pleasures. He was an avid cook, delighting in the creation of culinary art and the shared laughter around the dining table. His adventurous spirit extended to his tastes, always eager to try new flavors and dishes. Other times, he could be found near the roar of engines at tractor pulls. But where he loved to be most was with his family, especially his kids, grandkids, and best friend, Shandra. He loved them all unconditionally.

Following his graduation from Jenks High School, Chad embarked on a path of further education and pursued his passion for aviation at the Spartan School of Aeronautics. In 2002, Chad joined Taylor Crane and Rigging, where he began as a mechanic and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable asset to the team. His dedication and expertise were unmatched, and he became their heavy haul driver, entrusted with the responsibility of pulling all the transformers they set. Chad's loyalty to Taylor Crane and Rigging was constant, remaining by their side until the day he passed.

Chad's generosity knew no bounds. He had a heart of gold and would selflessly give the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket to anyone in need. His positive attitude was infectious, and he faced every challenge with a confidence and resilience that were out of this world. With a genuine warmth and an open heart, Chad never knew a stranger, effortlessly forming connections and touching the lives of all who crossed his path.

A true pillar of strength and dependability, Chad was a hard worker who could always be relied upon. His compassion, intelligence, and quick wit endeared him to all who knew him, bringing laughter and smiles wherever he went. You could not be in a bad mood, as long as he was around.
